Last month at the Mobile World Congress 2017, Motorola introduced its latest Moto G5 and Moto G5 Plus, which is expected to hit the retail shelves later this month.
Recently, the new Moto G5 was listed on a UK’s retailer John Lewis’s online store for £169.95. The handset is currently listed as out of stock at the moment, so it appears to be more like a pre-order page.
The above-mentioned price is for the Fine Gold or Lunar Gray Moto G5 with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of on-board storage. So it seems the pricing for the handset will vary depending on the configuration and region where the handset makes its debut.
The handset comes with a 5-inch display sporting a resolution of 1920 by 1080 pixels resolution with the processing handled by a Snapdragon 430 processor paired with 2/3GB of RAM and 16/32GB of internal storage. Other features includes a 13MP camera for photos and videos, 5MP front-facing camera, a 2,800 mAh battery and ships with Android 7.0 Nougat as its operating system out of the box.
We’ll update you as soon as the handset is officially released in other global markets.
