Mo-Mic has created a new motion controlled microphone system that they have launched overall Kickstarter to raise the $30,000 they require to take their creation into production.
The unique motorised microphone system allows users to remotely control the position of their microphones directly from the mixing position. Watch the video below to learn more about the Mo-Mic and its features.
Your dream of not having to travel back and forth between the booth and the control room has finally come true! Introducing… MO-MIC, the most versatile motion microphone mount that allows you to remotely control the position of your microphones from the mixing position.
When we set out to make MO-MIC, we wanted to make a microphone mount that could take away all the troubles of traveling back and forth between the booth and the control room during studio sessions and completely eliminate the hassle of experimenting with sounds. We also wanted to make sure that using the system wasn’t a hassle itself, and was durable and reliable in order to be a working staple in our productions.
MO-MIC’s design is small but packs a punch. We determined that decentralizing the power supply would be best in order to fit all the components into a compact package, which allows us to position the MO-MIC heads in tight spots for drums etc.
Featuring a 3 axis system, MO-MIC can move any way you need it to, while at the same time being small enough to fit in tight, hard to reach places.
Visit the Kickstarter website to make a pledge to be one of the very first to get your hands on the new Mo-Mic motion -controlled microphone system which is expected to start shipping in July 2016.
