Misfit has unveiled a new stylish wearable and health tracker at CES 2016 this week in the form of the new Misfit Ray which comes complete with its own smartphone companion application to allow you to track your activity and sleep.
Unlike other fitness trackers on the market the new Misfit Ray offers a more subtle and stylish approach and provides a tracking device that is capable of either being worn on your wrist or around your neck.
The Misfit Ray is also capable of alerting you to calls, texts and alarms triggered on your smartphone by a gentle vibration. The Misfit health tracker is also water resistant to 50 meters and has been constructed from aircraft grade anodised aluminium.
It is also equipped with hidden 8 mm spring bars allowing it to be customised with accessories desired. A multicolour LED display provides a subtle yet quick indication of battery and notifications and Bluetooth Smart wireless syncing provides data from the three axis accelerometer about your calories burned, steps taken and sleep pattern.
The Ray measures 12mm in diameter and 38mm long and is available in either Rose Gold and Carbon Black and will be available to purchase starting from $100 and comes with a battery that lasts for six months and can be replaced by the user when required.
