If like me your iPhone is always running low on juice before the end of the day, you might be interested n a new iPhone case called the Mipwr which has been created by Bob Panos & Karl Lee and is currently over on the Kickstarter website looking to make the jump from concept to production.
The Mipwr has been designed to allow users to charge their smartphone battery without the need for a plug, by simply squeezing the handle on the side of the case which can be stowed neatly away when not required.
“Mipwr Dynamo is a protective case, backup battery, and hybrid charger all in one. The case will contain, at minimum, a 400 mA battery and a concealed push lever that, when pumped, generates electricity, and charges the internal battery.
In the event you exhaust both the cell phone battery and Mipwr’s backup battery (that will give you 2 extra hours of talk time) – you can pump the push lever to produce 30 seconds of talk/text for 1 minute of pumping. These efforts will create enough battery power to make a distress call or text at a moment’s notice.”
The Mipwr project is currently over on the Kickstarter website looking to raise enough pledges to make the jump from concept to production. So if you think Mipwr is something you could benefit from, visit the Kickstarter website now to make a pledge and help Mipwr become a reality.
