During Microsoft’s October 2019 press event a range of new devices have been unveiled including the Microsoft Surface Laptop 3 and the unique Microsoft Surface Neo dual screen Windows 10X device and the Microsoft Surface Duo dual screen smartphone. in addition to these Microsoft also unveiled its new Surface Pro 7 and Surface Pro X convertible notebook systems with the Surface Pro 7 starting from $749 and Surface Pro X starting from $999.
Microsoft has improved the performance of the Surface Pro 7 with the addition of a 10th Generation Intel Core processor capable of providing twice as much performance as previous models. The Surface Pro X has been designed to provide users with an ultra-mobile version of the Surface convertible notebook and is the “thinnest, lightest, most powerful and most connected Surface Pro ever” says Microsoft. The new Microsoft SQ1 processor used in the Surface Pro X has been codesigned with Qualcomm pushes 2 teraflops of graphics processing power, offering the fastest Qualcomm processor ever created for a PC.
The new Surface Pro X Signature Keyboard includes pen docking for secure storage and charging for the new Slim Pen. Both convertible notebooks are equipped with USB-A and USB-C and an all-day battery.
