Microsoft has this week started taking pre-orders for its new Surface Book which is now available in a number of different configurations offering a 128GB solid state disk (SSD) and Core Intel i5 processor supported by 8GB of RAM priced at £1,300.
If that system is not quite powerful enough for your needs, Microsoft also offers a Surface Book equipped with 16GB of RAM supported by a Core Intel i7 processor together with 512GB of SSD storage, priced at £2,249.
All Surface Book systems also come equipped with a 13.5-inch PixelSense touchscreen display, Surface Pen and installed with Microsoft’s latest Windows 10 Professional operating system.
