Yesterday we heard some rumored specifications on the new Microsoft Lumia 940 smartphone and now a device with the model number, Nokia RM-1106 has turned up in some benchmarks, this is apparently the new Lumia 940.
The Microsoft Lumia 940 is listed in the benchmarks with a 5.2 inch display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, the device will come with a QHD resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels.
Other specifications which are confirmed by the benchmarks include a hexa core Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor and an Adreno 430 GPU, the handset is listed with 1.5GB of RAM, although it should feature 3GB when it launches.
The cameras for the device have also been confirmed by the benchmarks, which include a 5 megapixel front facing camera for video calls and selfies and a 20 megapixel 4K capable rear camera.
Microsoft are expected to launch the new Microsoft Lumia 940 and also a Lumia 940 XL handset later in the year along with the new Windows 10.
