Microsoft OneNote is a very decent application, but it has been a while since the app received an update on the Android platform. But, it seems things may change in the near future.
Many companies test the beta versions of their software with the public to find out about the bugs and what they can do to improve it. Microsoft happens to do the same, but it’s mostly done internally. However, things may change as Microsoft is now looking for beta testers to test the next version of its OneNote app for Android.
The company has set up a Google+ community for those who want to get a sneak peak at the new version. All you have to do is join the community, and select the “Become a Beta Tester” link to get more details about the program. There’s no word about the new features it will offer, but it seems its a very nice move to ask users to report how good the app is.
After signing up, you will get the update the same day it’s released for beta users. Additionally, the company also mentioned a new beta version of OneNote for Android is on its way, but they didn’t mention what we could expect from it.
We’ll update you as soon as Microsoft releases the new beta.
