A new healthcare have monitor has been created called Mevics which has been designed to both monitor your activity and posture helping you improve your health with smart tips which are provided by the devices smartphone companion application.

The developers of Mevics explain more about its design and inspiration:
People are increasingly becoming more sedentary, spending at least 10 – 15 hrs a day at work, school, and home. With the modern rhythm of life, we often forget about doing physical activities, or just walking. More than 80% of people suffer from problems of the spine. For children, the ages from eight to seventeen years are the most important period for the correct formation of posture.

Mevics is attachable via magnetic hold, which prevents you from losing it during physical exercise or daily errands.
