Chinese hardware manufacturer Meizu has this week revealed its new Meizu Super mCharge smartphone charging technology which is capable of charging a smartphone from flat to full in just 20 minutes.
At the Mobile World Conference 2017 this week, Meizu has been showcasing the new Super mCharge system which is capable of charging a flat 3,000 mAh battery in just 20 minutes. This breakthrough in charging technology is set to revolutionize the way we power our devices, making it more convenient for users who are always on the go.
Comparison with Other Charging Technologies
In comparison, Qualcomm’s new Quick Charge 4 technology is capable of charging a 2,750 mAh battery from 0 to 50 percent in 15 minutes. Although theoretically, Qualcomm’s Quick Charge can support up to 60W if required, Meizu has designed their system to provide 11v/5A current for up to 55 watts of power.
