We previously heard a rumor that a new version of the LG V30 will be launching at Mobile World Congress later this month, the handset is going to be called the LG V30s.
The LG V30s will join the V30 and the V30 Plus, the handset will share many specifications of the existing V30 smartphone. The main difference is that the new device will come with LG Lens which is LG’s new AI feature for the camera.
LG Lens: A New AI Feature
The LG Lens feature works when you take a picture of something, it can then find similar products for you and also recognize bar codes and QR codes automatically. This feature is designed to enhance the user experience by integrating AI capabilities directly into the camera, making it easier to shop online, gather information about products, and even translate text in real-time. For example, if you take a picture of a book, LG Lens can provide you with online purchasing options, reviews, and even related books that you might be interested in.
Specifications and Features
The rest of the specifications will include a 6-inch OLED display that features a QHD+ resolution of 2880 x 1440. This high-resolution display ensures that users will enjoy vibrant colors and sharp details, making it ideal for watching videos, playing games, and browsing the web. The handset features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor and 4GB of RAM, plus a choice of storage options, which ensures smooth performance and ample space for apps, photos, and videos.
