Some of our reader will remember the LG Optimus Pad, which is the European version of the LG G-Slate, and LG’s first Android Honeycomb tablet, it is now available in the UK, although it does seem a little expensive.
The LG Optimus Pad is now available in the UK from retailer the Carphone Warehouse, who are selling the Optimus Pad for £749.99 SIM free, or you can buy it with one of their monthly contracts for a subsidized price.
As a reminder the LG Optimus Pad features an 8.9 inch display with a resolution of 1280 x 768 pixels, processing is provided by a dual core NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor and it comes with a built in 3D video camera.
