Not too long ago, we spotted some images of the alleged LG G Pro 2 which will see the light of the later this month, possibly at the Mobile World Congress 2014.
The launch news came from LG, but they didn’t mention if it’s MWC 2014 or a dedicated event although we’ll go with the possibility of the launch to take place at the mega event. Now, LG has revealed its upcoming LG G Pro 2 will feature a 16MP camera with optical image stabilization plus and 4K video recording capabilities, via their official Korean blogs.
It was also revealed that LG G Pro 2 will feature a 2.1MP front-facing camera with improved performance. The 13MP camera on the LG G2 is no less than impressive, so it’s pretty safe to assume that the sensor on the upcoming LG G Pro 2 will be better, allowing users to capture excellent photographs in different lighting conditions.
The details about other specifications are still unknown, but rumors suggest it will come with a 6-inch display boasting a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, 3GB of RAM, a quad-core Snapdragon 800 SoC with Adreno 330 GPU, LTE-A and is expected to ship with Android 4.4 KitKat pre-installed out of the box.
Mobile World Congress 2014 is just around the corner, and we’ll update you as soon as LG takes the wraps off of its LG G Pro 2.
