Lenovo has introduced its new IdeaPad S340 and S540 notebooks revealing specifications for the new systems ahead of IFA 2019 in a few days time. The Lenovo IdeaPad S540 is equipped with a 13 inch display offering users a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels and can be powered by up to and Intel Core i7-70710U Comet Lake processor supported by up to 16GB of RAM and fitted with up to 1TB of solid state storage. Graphics for the IdeaPad S540 provided by either a NVIDIA GeForce MX250 or an AMD Ryzen 7 3700U processor with Radeon graphics depending on your preference. Other features include a 56 Wh battery that can be charged from flap to 80% in just 60 minutes.
The Lenovo IdeaPad S340 can be equipped with up to an Intel Core i7-10510U processor supported by up to 16GB of DDR4 memory, up to 512GB of PCIe solid state storage and Lenovo is making available and optional NVIDIA GeForce MX250 for extra graphics power if required. Other features include 2 x USB 3.1 ports, HDMI port together with connectivity via Bluetooth 5.0 and wireless 802.11ac. The IdeaPad S340 is equipped with a smaller 42 Wh battery rechargeable battery that is also capable of charging from flat to 80% in 60 minutes. The IdeaPad S340 will be available in a range of finishes : grey, blue, and pink.
