In a few months during May 2017 Lenovo will be making available a new convertible notebook in the form of the Lenovo Flex 5 which will be available to purchase with systems starting from $800.
Two versions will be made available throughout the US in the form of a 14 and 15 inch Flex 5. Unfortunately Lenovo has only revealed the specifications for the smaller Flex 5 14 inch.
Which is equipped with a display offering users a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and powered by a Core i7 Kaby Lake processor supported by up to 16 GB of RAM. Storage on the Flex 514 inch system includes options to fit up to 512GB of PCIe solid state storage, 1TB of storage with a SATA hard drive or fitted with a hybrid storage offering up to 128GB PCIe SSD + 1TB SATA HDD.
Other features include 1 x USB Type-C port, 2 x USB 3.0 ports, 1 x HDMI and Ethernet connectivity as well as three different finishes offering black, silver or gold. As soon as more details are announced about the larger 15 inch Lenovo Flex 5 we will keep you up-to-date as always.
