Lego Boost Programmable Robot And Kits Details From $160 (video)

At CES 2017 in las Vegas this week Lego has unveiled more details about its new Lego Boost programmable building sets, which allow Lego enthusiasts to create a wide variety of different projects including a robot, guitar and more. Which can then be programmed using the Lego Boost companion application available for both iOS and android devices.

Lego is promoting the new Lego Boost kits as a “creative toolbox” and the starter set will be priced at $160 when tis made available to purchase later this year. Check out the promotional video below to learn more about what you can expect from the kit and its functionality.

Projects that can be built using the kits include Vernie the Robot, Frankie the Cat, the Guitar 4000, the Multi-Tool Rover 4 and an Autobuilder. The Kits will be availablel in August 2017 and use a Sratch style programming system of block to create program and commands to control the systems.
