Recently, the alleged iPhone 8 screen protector was spotted on Chinese Twitter alternative, Weibo, revealing some key details about the alleged device.
One of the most important details revealed with the leak is that the handset will come with smaller bezels along with the camera cutouts and sensors on the front.
The cut outs shows the camera, ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, and potentially a 3D sensing module. Other details are scarce at the moment, but the rumor mill hints that the handset will come with a 5.8-inch display, iOS 11, as well as A11 processor and is expected to see the light of the day at a press event in September, if the company sticks to its traditional launch time frame for the new iPhone.
Rumors also suggest that the new iPhone 8 will come with a new design, not something similar to what we’ve seen with the iPhone 7/7+.
We’ll update you as soon as we get to hear anything more about the details of the upcoming iPhone 8. Stay tuned to Geeky Gadgets.
