Pebble recently released a software update for their iOS companion app for their Pebble smart watches, and now the company has announced that they have discovered an issue with the update.
The new version of iOS app for the Pebble smart watch is apparently causing an issue that break the Bluetooth connection between the two devices.
Today we experienced an issue deploying version 2.1 of the Pebble iOS smartphone app. We’ve pulled the update from the App Store for now. We’re working with Apple to fix this problem as quickly as possible, and will notify customers when an update is available that resolves the issue. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Please check our forums for more information.
Unfortunately if you have already updated your iOS app to the latest version, there is no fix at the moment, and we will have to eait for Pebble to release and updated version of the application to fix the issue.
