Klipsch has this week added a new addition to their range of speakers, in the form of the newly launched Klipsch Music Center KMC 3, which is the company’s very first Bluetooth speaker system.
The Klipsch Music Center KMC 3 is a Bluetooth speaker which has been designed to be either static or portable and provide a 2.1 system designed for powerful, accurate sound reproductions, says Klipsch.

Design and Features
The Klipsch Music Center KMC 3 is fitted with dual 2-inch, full-range drivers and a dedicated 5.25-inch subwoofer. This combination ensures that the speaker delivers a rich, full-bodied sound that can fill any room. The design is sleek and modern, making it a stylish addition to any home or office. The speaker is available in both black and white finishes, allowing users to choose the color that best fits their decor.
Paul Jacobs, CEO of Klipsch, explained in the press release:
“This product launch is extremely important given its connection with our commitment to live music,”-“With the KMC 3 representing our first Bluetooth speaker, we’re eager to diversify our future offerings in the wireless audio category and help change the way individuals share the listening experience with one another.”
Performance and Usability
The Klipsch Music Center KMC 3 is not just about looks; it is designed to deliver high-quality audio performance. The 2.1 system ensures that both high and low frequencies are accurately reproduced, providing a balanced sound that is both powerful and clear. The dedicated 5.25-inch subwoofer adds depth to the bass, making it perfect for music genres that rely heavily on low frequencies, such as hip-hop and electronic dance music.
One of the standout features of the KMC 3 is its portability. Despite its powerful performance, the speaker is lightweight and easy to carry, making it ideal for outdoor gatherings, picnics, or even just moving from room to room within your home. The Bluetooth connectivity allows for wireless streaming from any compatible device, giving users the freedom to play their favorite music without being tethered by cables.
The Klipsch Music Center KMC 3 will be arriving in stores during June and will retail for around $400. This price point places it in the mid-to-high range for Bluetooth speakers, but the quality of sound and build justifies the investment. The speaker also includes an auxiliary input for connecting non-Bluetooth devices, adding to its versatility.

In summary, the Klipsch Music Center KMC 3 is a significant addition to the Klipsch lineup, marking the company’s entry into the Bluetooth speaker market. With its combination of powerful sound, stylish design, and portability, it is poised to be a popular choice for consumers looking for a high-quality wireless audio solution. Whether you are a casual listener or an audiophile, the KMC 3 offers a compelling mix of features and performance that make it worth considering.
