If you are looking to take more advantage of the iPhone 4’s built in camera and video features, a new case called the Kapok might help you improve your photographs and video footage.
Adding the Kapok to your iPhone 4 not only provides it with added protection from bumps and knocks but also enables it to be fix to a tripod. The tripod mount includes one horizontal universal 1/4”-20 metal threaded insert so you can easily stabilise the iPhone.
Its also features dual, two-stage buttons that perform functions based on the application you might be using, and an open source SDK is available from the manufacturers for developers.
The Kapok has also been designed to free stand allowing you to position your iPhone 4 on a flat surface and make sure your in the picture or movie. The Kapok iPhone 4 case is now available to purchase for $70 from the Canopy website, and comes with a free mini ball head that attaches to case for use as tripod.
