Apple recently confirmed that they were working on a software update to fix the Safari links issue and now they have released iOS 9.3.1.
The iOS 9.3.1 update is around around 35MB in size, depending on your device and it looks like the only thing included in the update is a fix for the Safari web links issue.
The issue also affected other apps that used a web browser as well as Safari, when you clicked a link to a website it would cause the app to crash.
The new iOS 9.3.1 software update is now available to download for the iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch, the update can be downloaded by going to Settings > General > Software Update.
Hopefully this should fix the web links crashing issue, if you install the update leave a comment below and let us know if the problem has been resolved.
