As we rely more and more on our Internet connection at home our smart devices, air-conditioning and maybe even DIY projects require that your Internet is continually connected. Monitoring this can be done in a number of ways but a new system designed by PJU has created an easy to install device to monitor your Internet connection and business or home, alerting you when your Internet connection is down.
“GlassWeb is an inexpensive subscription service utilizing a plug-in module (easily connected to your internet/TV service provider’s modem) to monitor your internet connectivity and speed, as well as the existence of a power supply to the modem. In the event of a service interruption or power outage.”
“GlassWeb notifies you immediately via email and/or text alert to warn you that home medical monitoring devices, air conditioning, sump pumps, water pipes, alarm systems, and the like, may not be working and could cause major problems. GlassWeb can even help you get refunds from your internet/service providers for service outages.”
