Last week we found out some details on HTC’s first NVIDIA Tegra 3 powered device, the quad core HTC Edge Android smartphone, and now it would appear that HTC also plans to use NVIDIA’s quad core Tegra 3 processor in future tablets.
According to a recent report, we may see our first quad core Tegra 3 tablet from HTC at the Mobile World Congress 2012, in February of next year, and it could possibly be the only new Android tablet we will see from HTC next year.
With the recent announcement of the new Asus Transformer Prime, which will be the first Android tablet to use the new NVIDIA Tegra 3 processor, we are expecting a number of other Android tablet makers to announced Tegra 3 powered tablets over the next few months.
