Yesterday HTC announced their new Phablet, the HTC One Max, which is basically a larger version of the HTC One. UK mobile carrier Vodafone has announced that they will have an exclusive on the HTC One Max at launch here in the UK.
Vodafone have said that the HTC One Max will be available to order from this week, the handset will be available on Vodafone’s Red 4G ready plans.
The HTC One max is a Vodafone exclusive from launch, and will be available on a 24 month Vodafone Red 4G-ready plan from £49 upfront and just £47 each month. That’ll give you the choice of Spotify Premium or Sky Sports Mobile TV access, along with 2GB of data each month. Fancy a #4GBonus? There’s an extra 4GB each month on offer if you sign up before the end of October. Swish.
The HTC One Max comes with Android 4.3 Jelly Bean and the latest version of HTC’s custom UI, HTC Sense 5.5, the device features a 5.9 inch full HD display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels.
Processing on the HTC One Max is provided by a quad core 1.7GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor, there is 2GB of RAM and either 16GB or 32GB of storage.
If you want to add in extra storage to the One Max, there is a microSD card slot which offers support for 64GB cards, the handset also comes with a 3,300 mAh battery.
The HTC One Max features a fingerprint scanner, this is located on the back of the handset next to HTC’s Ultrapixel camera, there is also a front facing 2.1 megapixel camera for video calls.
