Earlier this year at the Consumers Electronics Show (CES) 2015, HTC introduced yet another new smartphone known as the Desire 826.
Not too long ago, the Taiwanese manufacturer introduced the HTC Desire 826 Dual SIM in India, carrying a INR 26,900 ($423) price tag. The handset is set to hit retail by the end of this month.
The device offers a decent set of specifications on board, sporting a 5.5-inch display with a resolution of 1,920 by 1,080 pixels and a 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor. There’s 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage coupled with a microSD card slot, LTE connectivity, a 2,600 mAh battery to make sure there’s enough juice for the handset and ships with Android 5.0 Lollipop as its operating system.
As far as the photographic capabilities are concerned, the handset features a 13MP camera with LED flash as well as a 13MP front-facing model for selfies. There’s one version which ships with an UltraPixel unit on the front, but the model in India will feature a 13MP module.
Anyone interested in picking up the HTC Desire 826 when it hits retail later this month in India?
