We have been hearing for a while that the HTC Amaze 4G would be getting the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich update, and it looks like the wait is over as over as T-Mobile as started rolling out the update to the Amaze 4G.
The Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich update comes in the form of Android 4.0.3 and it comes with a new version of HTC’s custom UI, HTC Sense 3.6 and it should be available now as an OTA update.
If you have not received notification of the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich update for the HTC Amaze 4G, you can check to see if it is available for your handset by going to Menu > Settings, About Phone > HTC Software Updates.
