HP has announced this week the return of their Developer Device Purchase Program in the US, Canada, and Europe, which is now offering WebOS developers the chance to purchase a maximum of two HP Touchpad tablets for a rock-bottom price of just $150.
HP has not stated how many tablets are available, and developers will need to file their request before November 18th. If they are then accepted, a coupon will be sent out, which will need to be redeemed before November 27th.
