Keeping warm during the night while exploring the wilderness can sometimes be tricky affair, but BUNDL has created a new electric heated sleeping bag complete with smart sensor technology, Bluetooth connectivity and a companion application to help you through those cold nights. Watch the demonstration video below to learn more about the fully portable electric heated sleeping bag which is this week launched via Kickstarter and is now available to back with earlybird pledges available from $399.
The BUNDL sleeping bag is equipped with three zones that can be independently heated to different temperatures depending on your needs and requirements. Allowing your feet, mid sections and shoulders to be warmed at different temperatures directly from the smartphone application.
“So if your feet are freezing while you sleep but the rest of your body is just fine, simply turn up the heat for the FOOT Box and turn off the panels for the HOOD and MID sections.”
“The BUNDL BAG incorporates a unique heating solution. Instead of using copper wiring, BUNDL implements a patented carbon heating material that is light-weight, waterproof, comfortable, and seamlessly integrated. This paper-thin heated fabric consumes less energy than your typical copper wire solutions. The BUNDL sensors monitor temperature throughout the night to regulate your preferred heat settings. The sensors prevent overheating and extend battery life. Like our heating elements, the sensors are extremely small—you won’t even notice them.”
If the Kickstarter campaign is successful and production progresses smoothly BUNDL will start shipping out to backers during February 2020.
