Grand Theft Auto 5 fans patiently waiting for the launch of the new GTA 5 PC version to launch, will be disappointed to learn that Rockstar the games developers has today announced that the PC version of GTA 5 will now launch on March 24th, 2015.
Originally the GTA 5 PC version was expected to launch later this month on January 27th but at the final hour Rockstar has pushed back the release date by another two months.
Even though the game has been delayed, its surely going to be worth the extra wait and when it does launch the game will be supplied with GTA Online for PC, which will support up to 30 players and include GTA Online Heists.
Th GTA 5 PC version will run at 1080p and 60fps and support resolutions up 4K Ultra HD for those with high powered gaming rigs, Rockstar explains a little more about the delay :
“Our apologies for the slight shift in the date but the game requires a few extra weeks of testing and polish to make it as good as can be. Moving a release date is never a decision we take lightly and is a choice we make only when we know it is in the best interests of the game and our fans. Thanks everyone for your understanding and we assure you these few extra weeks will be worth it when the game does arrive in March.”
