Not too long ago, Google launched the monstrous Nexus 6 handset, but the handset comes with a gigantic 6-inch display. If you’re not a fan of big phones, Google is still selling the last year’s Nexus 5 at the Google Play Store.
However, interested customers only have the option to pick up the black color variant of the handset. There’s no option to select white or red colored variants.
The 16GB version costs $349 while the 32GB version carries a $399 price tag for the unlocked model. Despite being an year old, the handset features an excellent set of specifications, and is capable of running the latest Android 5.0 Lollipop. It’s a little strange to see that Google didn’t reduce the price of the last year’s device, but nonetheless it’s an excellent device.
Google Nexus 5 features a 4.95-inch display sporting a resolution of 1920 by 1080 pixels, a quad-core Snapdragon 800 SoC paired with 2GB of RAM and 16/32GB of internal storage. Unfortunately, there’s no microSD card slot for expansion. Other features include an 8MP camera for photos and videos, a 2,300 mAh battery, WiFi, Bluetooth, and also features 4G LTE connectivity.
Anyone planning to pick up the Google Nexus 5?
