UK mobile phone retailer, the Carphone Warehouse has leaked the new Google Pixel and Pixel XL smarpthones, the handsets were listed on the site ahead of tomorrows official announcement.
The listings confirm the specifications on these two new Android smartphones from Google, both handsets will come with Android 7.1 Nougat.
The Pixel is listed with a 5 inch display with a Full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and the device comes with a Qualcom Snapdragon 821 processor clocked at 2.15GHz and 4GB of RAM, the handset has a 2770 mAh battery.
Other specifications on the handset include a front facing 8 megapixel camera and a 12 megapixel rear camera. The device will come with a choice of storage options and a microSD card slot which supports up to 256GB cards.
The specifications on the Pixel XL are very similar, this handset comes with a 5.5 inch display with a Quad HD resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels and it will feature a larger 3450 mAh battery, the rest of the specifications are the same.
Google are holding a press event tomorrow where they will make the new Google Pixel and Pixel XL smartphones official, we are also expecting to see some other devices at the event.
