We have already seen some photos of the new Google Nexus 5, and now we have some more, which were posted on Google+ by Anton Kuznetsov.
The Google Nexus 5 will be the first smartphone to launch with the latest version of Android, Android 4.4 Kit Kat, we had previously heard that it may be announced today, but that doesn’t look likely now.
Earlier today we saw a photo of a Google Nexus 5 case, that was posted online by a smartphone case manufacturer, we also saw some more leaked screenshots of Android 4.4 Kit Kat.
We had previously heard that Google would launch the Nexus 5 around the 30th or 31st of October, so it looks like the official announcement for the handset will probably be closer to that date.
The Google Nexus 5 is rumored to feature a 5 inch full HD display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, the device is said to feature a quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor.
Other rumored specifications on the Nexus 5 include 2GB of RAM and a choice of either 16GB or 32GB of built in storage, plus front and rear facing cameras.
The front camera on the Nexus 5 is rumored to be a 2 megapixel camera, whilst the rear camera will apparently be an 8 megapixel camera with a range of advanced features.
