The Google Nexus 5 is not official as yet, and some case manufacturers have already started listing cases for the handset online, the photo below was posted on Google+ by South Korean case manufacturer Spigen.
The photo was actually posted on Google+ last week, we were hoping for some sort of official announcement from Google this week on the new Nexus 5.
Earlier today we saw some more leaked screenshots of Android 4.4 Kit Kat, which will apparently launch first on the Google Nexus 5, we also saw more evidence of the existence of the Nexus 5.
We are expecting the Google Nexus 5 to go on sale before the end of the month, the handset is rumored to launch either on the 30th or 31st of October.
The Nexus 5 is rumored to come with a quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor and 2GB of RAM, the handset will also come with a choice of either 16GB or 32GB of built in storage.
Other specifications on the Nexus 5 include front and rear facing cameras, the front camera is said to be a 1.3 megapixel version, whilst the rear camera is said to be an 8 megapixel version.
The display on the Google Nexus 5 is rumored to be around 5 inches, this will be a full high definition display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels.
