This is kind of a big deal, we suppose, or at least everyone seems excited enough about it so even though as Europeans we probably won’t be able to get anywhere near this in years if Hulu, Pandora and Netflix are any example, we can at least let you lucky US IP holders know about it.
It’s official, Google Music Beta invites have started flowing like summer wine, not that it does you much good right at the moment unless you’ve already signed up on their website. Fear not, though, at the very least this means that the grand public opening is one step closer. And if you sign up now, you’re sure to be in the very next wave of music lovers to join the club. And five years from now when Google drops the Beta moniker, you can still say you were in the first wave and no one will be the wiser.
