Google Docs For Android Update Brings New Collaborate And Edit Features (video)

Google has today rolled out a new update for its Google Docs for Android application, that is available to download for free from the Android Market. The new update to Google Docs for Android brings with it a number of great new features that have been designed to make it easier to edit and collaborate with others. Some of which you can see being put through their paces in the video after the jump.

Google Docs For Android

New features of Google Docs for Android include the new ability to now create, view and edit Google documents with the new Android editor. Enabling you to use rich text formatting such as bold, italics, underline, font colour, background colour in your documents to highlight text and sections.

Other new features include layout tools for bullets points and numbers lists together with real-time collaboration. Enabling you to view edits from others people in seconds directly on your mobile device.
