Google recently announced the latest version of their mobile OS at the Google I/O developer conference, Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, and now Google has started rolling out the Android 4.1 update to the first device.
The first handset to get the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update is the Samsung Galaxy Nexus, and the update is available for the international HSPA+ Galaxy Nexus, it is not yet available for the Verizon version of the device.
Google has also said that the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update will be released for all Galaxy Nexus devices soon, so that means that Verizon owners of the handset shouldn’t have to wait to long.
