To complement the new Fujifilm Instax SQ10 camera launched a few months ago, Fujifilm has today unveiled a new mobile printer which has been created explicitly for the new camera and its unique square format film.
The Fujifilm Instax Share SP-3 portable printer will be available to purchase next month and be priced at $199 And as the first Fujifilm, printer to use the company’s new Instax Square film.
At 5.1 x 4.5 x 1.7 inches in size at the widest points the Instax Share SP-3 is too large to fit in a pocket, although it will fit in a small bag or purse reasonably easily. The new printer from Fujifilm is larger in size than the Polaroid Zip which measures 4.7 x 2.9 x 0.9 inches, but smaller than the Canon Selphy CP1200 which measures 7.1 x 5.4 x 2.5 inches in size.
The Fujifilm Instax Share SP-3 portable printer comes complete with its own companion application to monitor printing and sends images directly from your smartphone’s camera roll as well as Instagram, Facebook, Google Photos and Flickr, provided you log in to your accounts from the app.
