We have been hearing rumors about Apple’s iPhone 5 for quite some time, and we are expecting Apple to officially announce the iPhone 5 some time this month and we think it will go on sale in the first week of October.
Now according to a recent report, Foxconn who make a number of products for Apple including the iPhone 4 are increasing their production of the new iPhone 5 and are reportedly producing 150,000 iPhone 5’s per day.
According to DigiTimes, shipments of the new iPhone 5 are expected to reach around 5 to 6 million units this month and around 22 million for quarter 4 of 2011.
