FORM Lifting presents the FORM Collar, a smart device that measures barbell lifts to help you improve both your form and performance. This practical and convenient weight collar holds weights on the barbell as it streams data to your mobile device in real time. With the FORM Lifting free app on your mobile device, you get meaningful, simple feedback from your FORM Collar on each and every lift. With cloud-based storage you can refer back to a single lift or an entire lifting session without ever having to take out a notebook.
The FORM Lifting team developed the FORM Collar in the gym, collaborating with all levels of athletes and seeing their differing proficiencies in both form and performance. We consider the artistry and the physics of each specific movement within each type of lift to deliver meaningful and simple metrics that give our users real indicators of their performance.
