Fitbit has unveiled its latest wireless activity and sleep tracking wristband called the . The company says is the first and only wristband feature an OLED display offering real-time access to statistics about your activity and sleep schedule. The Force is also designed to wirelessly sync with leading devices.
The integrated OLED display is able to measure and show the number of steps the wearer takes, distance walked, calories burned, active minutes, stairs climbed, and more. The Force also has an integrated altimeter the track how high the user climbs each day. The ability to track the number of active minutes you have during the day gives users access to information such as distance walked and calories burned.
The fitness monitor is also able to track sleep quality including the number of hours slept and how many times the user wakes up or is restless. The Force also has an integrated silent wake alarm that vibrates the wearer awake and has integrated Bluetooth 4.0 technology. The Bluetooth technology allows the device to sync wirelessly to mobile phones and tablets. When the Force is synced to Apple devices running iOS 7 and higher it will give incoming call notifications on screen.
