Samsung announced the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge along with the Galaxy Note 4 at IFA, the handset was shown off with a Snapdragon 805 processor.
Now a new version of the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has appeared in the AnTuTu database, this model comes with a Samsung Exynos processor, and scores much higher than the previous version.
This new version of the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge is equipped with an 8 core Samsung Exynos 5433 processor, which is made up of a quad core processor clocked at 1.3GHz and a quad core processor clocked at 1.9GHz, and it features Mali-T760 graphics.
The Galaxy Note Edge with the Exynos processor score similar in the benchmarks to the Samsung Galaxy Note 4, the previous Snapdragon model features much lower scores.
Samsung recently confirmed that they will only be releasing a limited number of Galaxy Note Edge devices, the company has yet to confirm the exact launch date of the handset.
