Users of Evernote’s Android application might be pleased to learn that Evernote has to day rolled out a new update for their smartphone and tablet app, which brings with it an improved users interface experience.
The Evernote Android App 4.1 update includes a newly designed home screen for tablets, with easy access to create a new note or view existing notes.
The All Notes section within the Evernote application can now be seen as the main screen on the right at all times by default, allowing you to swipe using gestures either left or right depending on your viewing preferences.
Other new features include swipe gestures for navigation, and a new handy list view on tablets that allows you to see basic information about all your notes and groups. The new Evernote for Android 4.1 update is available for free and can be downloaded from the Google Play Store now.
