ECS has this month launched a new fanless mini PC in the form of the ECS Liva X2, that was first unveiled earlier this year and is now available to purchase from $170 and supports older Windows operating systems.
Two versions of the fanless mini PC has been created with a higher specification option available priced at $240 that includes 64GB of internal storage together with 4GB of RAM.
Both systems are powered by an Intel Celeron N3050 Braswell processor and equipped with 3 x USB 3.0 ports, HDMI and VGA ports. Together with connectivity provided by 802.11ac WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, Gigabit Ethernet.
The base system priced at $170 is equipped with 32 GB of internal flash storage together with 2 GB of RAM to support the Braswell processor. Both systems are now available to purchase from online retailers such as Newegg.
