Watch the demonstration video below to learn more about the 35mm film digitiser which is launched via Kickstarter this month to raise the required funds needed to make the jump from concept into manufacture.
Earlybird pledges are available from £99 and worldwide deliveries expected to take place during November 2018. “The main material of the body is selected walnut. In order to ensure smoothness, the surface is polished several times and coated with wood wax oil. Flexible leather cavity ensures excellent shading. Generally, negative film has 8 levels, even 10 levels of tolerance. Unfortunately, scanner always ignore this feature of the film, maybe the manufacturer thinks that the high contrast is better. Anyway, for a photographer with high requirements, it is very necessary to control all the parameters. Manufacturers fancy various presets… Few adjustable parameters… That is Polaroid. ”
