“Gather your party and get ready for a new, back-to-the-roots RPG adventure! Discuss your decisions with companions; fight foes in turn-based combat; explore an open world and interact with everything and everyone you see. Join up with a friend to play online in co-op and make your own adventures with the powerful RPG toolkit.”
To download a copy your self jump over to the Divinity Original Sin Steam Early Access website.
“If you want a polished experience, we advise you not to play the Early Access version. It only makes sense to play an Early Access game if, for instance, you want to support the development of the game, you want to influence development with your feedback or if you want to get a taste of things to come.
In case you’re wondering, the money we make via Early Access is being invested back into the game. Divinity:Original Sin is very important to us and we are totally committed to making this a truly epic RPG.
The Early Access version contains both single-player and cooperative multiplayer modes but to play in multiplayer, your friend will also need and an Early Access copy of Divinity: Original Sin.
Divinity:Original Sin will ship with a very powerful RPG editor with which you can make your own RPG adventures. These you can then share (and play) with other players. It is currently not part of the Early Access version, but we’re hoping to add it soon.”
