Made of titanium metal, the Credit Card Knife from Cool Material isn’t as thin as a credit card, but it does have similarly sized dimensions.
This Jackknife can be folded up to keep it a compact at 2.75 inches long. Give it points for the eye catching design, however, the grip might not be very comfortable to hold and use with its wide handle.
It’s a tool, nothing more. With the thickness of two credit cards when folded down, it feels like you’re holding a metal credit card in your hand. As you can imagine, clinging it with enough force to actually cut somebody with it will just hurt your hand a bit, as the metal edges will hack into your hand. Hence, needless to say that this sort of knife would be absolutely useless as a stab weapon, since it’s far too short for that.
So nonetheless, it’s a mere tool. Not as versatile as a Swiss Army knife, but a pocket-friendly stuff at $30, easy to carry, and just enough to cut open some annoying plastic packaging.
