Gamers who have been patiently waiting for the launch of the new Counter-Strike : GO game. Will be pleased to know that its developers and creators Valve have now released both prices and launch dates for their new game.
After delays due to changes needed within the game, Valve will now be launching their Counter-Strike : GO game n August 21st 2012, and will be available on the PlayStation Network, Xbox Live Arcade and Valve’s Steam gaming network for the PC and Mac.
CS: GO will expand upon the team-based action gameplay pioneered when Counter-Strike was launched almost 13 years ago (CS beta 1, August 1999),”-“CS: GO features new maps, characters, and weapons and delivers updated versions of the classic CS content (de_dust, etc.). In addition, CS: GO introduces new gameplay modes, matchmaking, leader boards, and more.”
Counter-Strike : GO will be priced at around $15 across all platforms, says Valve. With an SDK for the game expected to arrive in about three months time.
