We heard a few rumors about a new version of the Chiron from Bugatti, and now the car has been made official at the Geneva Motor Show: the Bugatti Chiron Sport.
Bugatti has managed to reduce the weight of the new Chiron Sport by 18 kilograms compared to the standard model. This weight reduction, combined with improved handling and greater agility, makes the Chiron Sport a formidable machine. The car boasts an impressive 1500 horsepower, ensuring it remains one of the most powerful production cars in the world.

Enhanced Driving Experience
“We have developed the Chiron Sport for customers wanting an even sportier driving experience with their Chiron, with improved lateral dynamics on winding roads,” says Stephan Winkelmann, President of Bugatti Automobiles S.A.S. “What was important for us was to leave unchanged the unique character of the Chiron, its combination of ultimate performance, longitudinal acceleration, and maximum speed with luxury, comfort, and everyday usability.”
The Chiron Sport’s enhancements are not just about weight reduction. The car features a stiffer suspension setup and a new Dynamic Torque Vectoring system, which distributes torque individually to each wheel, enhancing the car’s agility and cornering capabilities. This makes the Chiron Sport not only faster in a straight line but also more adept at handling tight corners and winding roads.

“The Chiron Sport has become perceptibly more nimble, and its new agility, especially in tight corners, makes for a much more emotional experience for the driver on winding roads and handling circuits,” Winkelmann continues.
Design and Features
The Chiron Sport also comes with some aesthetic and functional upgrades. It features new lightweight wheels and a distinctive four-pipe exhaust deflector, which not only adds to the car’s aggressive look but also improves its aerodynamic efficiency. The interior of the Chiron Sport is equally impressive, with high-quality materials and a design that emphasizes both luxury and sportiness.

Pricing for the Bugatti Chiron Sport will start at €2.65 million in Europe and $3.26 million in the US. This price reflects the car’s advanced engineering, luxurious features, and the exclusivity that comes with owning a Bugatti. For those interested in learning more about the Chiron Sport, additional information can be found on Bugatti’s official website.

The Bugatti Chiron Sport represents a significant evolution of the Chiron platform, offering a more dynamic and engaging driving experience without compromising on the luxury and performance that Bugatti is known for. Whether on a winding mountain road or a high-speed track, the Chiron Sport promises to deliver an unparalleled driving experience.
