
We have seen various photos of the new BlackBerry Passport smartphone, we also know some of the handsets specifications, and now we have a video of the device in action.
The video below gives us a look at the new Passport smartphone from BlackBerry, along with some of the features on the device, including the three row QWERTY keyboard.
The new BlackBerry Passport is expected to launch in September, the handset will come with an updated version of BlackBerry’s mobile OS, BlackBerry 10.3.
Other specifications on the BlackBerry Passport include a 4.5 inch square display that will have a resolution of 1440 x 1440 pixels, under the display is a three row QWERTY keyboard.
We also know that the BlackBerry Passport will come with a quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor with a clock speed to 2.5GHz, the handset will features 32GB of included storage and 3GB of RAM.
The device will come with front and rear facing cameras, so far we know that the front camera will be a 3.7 megapixel model, as yet there are no details on the rear camera, although we would expect at least 8 megapixels.
The BlackBerry Passport will also feature a 3450 mAh battery, and the handset will have access to over 200,000 Android apps through the Amazon app store. As soon as we get some more details on pricing and a release date, we will let you guys know.
