We have seen various photos of the new BlackBerry Passport smartphone, the device comes with a unique design, and most peoples reactions seems to be that they either love the design or hate it.
The BlackBerry Passport comes with a square 4.5 inch display that has a resolution of 1440 x 1440 pixels, and under the display is a three row QWERTY keyboard.
Blackberry has now shown a photo of the BlackBerry Passport, which you can see below, pictured next to Apple’s iPhone 5S and Samsung’s Galaxy S5 smartphones.
According to BlackBerry, the optimal number of characters on a line in a book is 66 characters, current smartphones show around 40 characters, and the new BlackBerry Passport will show 60 characters, which could make it ideal for a number of things.
BlackBerry are obviously hoping that this new smartphone design will end up being popular with business professionals, for vewing documents and more.
The handset is also rumored to come with a quad core 2.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 mobile processor, plus 3GB of RAM and 32GB of built in storage.
